She was able to get us rooms next to each other at one of our top resort choices. They had just released more rooms for that date and she quickly jumped on booking them for us! She walked us through the app and various ride pass options so we could get the most out of our short trip. The teenagers had the best weekend and left getting to do everything they wanted to do by using the app and ride passes we purchased. Kim helped us prioritize what rides to use them on earlier in the day! Worked out perfectly. She loves the parks and has enough experience to know what works best for each park! I would highly recommend Kim!
